071005-N-3255B-002CAPE TOWN, South Africa (Oct. 5, 2007) – A South African Air Force Cheetah fighter jet flies over guided-missile destroyer USS Forrest Sherman (DDG 98) as the ship departs after participating in the Southeast Africa Task Group 60.5’s first deployment to the region. Forrest Sherman collaborated with the jet and other South African navy ships and aircraft during a four-day military exercise held off the coast of South Africa.
